The first step of the loan process begins with you completing the Cashback Payday Loan Application and then submitting said application to the Cashback Service Center. Once you have sent you information to the service center, your application will be reviewed by a Cashback Service Center Representative.

During the representative’s review of your application, they may need to contact you directly via a telephone call text message or e-mail transmission, whichever is your preferred method of contact. Once an approval decision is made, the outcome of the representative’s review will be sent to you via an e-mail transmission. For those applicants’ who have been approved, a set of electronic signature documents will be emailed to you for review and signing by you. Once you electronically sign them they will be forwarded back to the service center where the funding process will begin.

At Cashback our funding process is better than our competition’s! We can get you your money faster and if you are a Southern California resident then you have even more options for getting cash. Our funding timetable for depositing money into your bank account is limited to business banking days but if the timing is right you can get money deposited as soon as the same day, otherwise it is the next business banking day. Our timetable examples:

On Monday through Friday (Non Holiday) if you sign your loan documents by 10:30 am Pacific Time funds should be deposited in your bank that same day in the afternoon.

On Sunday through Thursday if you sign your loan documents after 10:30 am Pacific Time your funds should arrive the next morning.

On Friday after 10:30 and all day Saturday your funds should arrive Monday Afternoon.

Please note that these timeframes are typical, occasional difficulties with the receiving banks and bank holidays can cause some delays in the process.

For those internet customers who are returning, simply click the “Returning Customer” tab and update any personal information that may have changed since your last visit. After entering your updated info, finish the process by requesting the funds you are expecting to borrow. Once approved, Cashback will send you a confirmation e-mail transmission to begin the loan document process & then provide your requested funds into your bank checking account once the documents are signed and received at the service center.

Southern California residents who are seeking more immediate cash also have the option of personally applying for a payday loan at one of our convenient locations. A list of those locations with their operating hours and respective telephone numbers is available by clicking the “Locations” icon.

On the agreed upon deposit date of the electronic check, Cashback will electronically deposit the check into our account and you can expect the funds to be withdrawn from your bank account on that same night.

Southern California residents also have the option of visiting one of the conveniently located Cashback facilities to buy back a payday loan check up to the day prior to when the check is to be deposited. Once the Advance is paid in full the customer has the option of applying for a new loan either in person or over the internet.
